Return & Exchange Policy

  • Custom Products: Custom products cannot be returned.
  • Damage Claims:
    • If a product is damaged due to shipping issues or our errors, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
    • If the damage is caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for shipping and repair fees.
  • Care Instructions: Handmade products are delicate; please handle them with care.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at miemiegift@outlook.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • A clear description of the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
  3. Customs Duties: Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be credited within 3-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Non-refundable Fees: Shipping costs and VAT (Value Added Tax) are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. VAT is also not applicable to coupons or discounts.

Order Modification and Cancellation

  • Orders for non-custom products can be modified or canceled before shipment.
  • Custom products cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

  • Custom Products: Require 7-15 days for production. Specific timelines are noted on each product page.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 days.
  2. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days.

Free Standard Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $35 (excluding expedited shipping).
  • For expedited shipping, we deduct the standard shipping fee equivalent from the total cost.

Logistics and Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email immediately.
  • You can track your shipment:
    • Via the link provided in your email.
    • Or by visiting the “Track Order” section on our website.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), shipping carriers may experience delays.

  • Both standard and expedited shipping times could be affected.
  • We are in constant contact with carriers to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible.

Warranty Policy

We offer a comprehensive 365-day warranty starting from the date you receive your product.

  • Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Not Covered: Damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Handmade Products: Each handmade product is unique; minor variations in size or color may occur.
