- Custom Products: Custom products cannot be returned.

- If a product is damaged due to shipping issues or our errors, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
- If the damage is caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for shipping and repair fees.
- Care Instructions: Handmade products are delicate; please handle them with care.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Your order number.
- A clear description of the reason for the return.

Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
- Customs Duties: Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be credited within 3-7 business days to the original payment method.

- Non-refundable Fees: Shipping costs and VAT (Value Added Tax) are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. VAT is also not applicable to coupons or discounts.
Order Modification and Cancellation
- Orders for non-custom products can be modified or canceled before shipment.
- Custom products cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days.
Free Standard Shipping
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $35 (excluding expedited shipping).
- For expedited shipping, we deduct the standard shipping fee equivalent from the total cost.
Logistics and Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email immediately.
- You can track your shipment:

Holiday Shipping Delays

- Both standard and expedited shipping times could be affected.

Warranty Policy
We offer a comprehensive 365-day warranty starting from the date you receive your product.
- Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship.
- Not Covered: Damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
